News Flash! American Airlines has reversed its breed ban policy for its airlines.  They have implemented a new method of securing crates and kennels, which will be done regardless of the breed of dog.  See the BSL page for the full story.

Doberman Crossing would like to thank Petfinder.org for the wonderful service they provide in helping rescued animals find new homes.  Check below for a featured pet who is up for adoption.  Visit www.petfinder.org to search for animals in need of a good home.

Sorry it's been so long since we've updated.  There's a few things added on Logan's Page.  Right now, we're cleaning up from Isabel- thankfully we still have power.  I'm looking into options for getting our own domain name.  Any suggestions for cheap ones, let me know?

Doberman Crossing is a site dedicated to providing information and links for the Doberman.  Despite popular belief, the Doberman is not a vicious dog.  It is unfortunate that irresponsible owners have given them a bad reputation.  The statement 'blame the owner, not the dog' is so true.

Today's Doberman is bred to be a loyal, protective, and intelligent companion and working dog.  They are rightly nicknamed the Velcro dog and should never be an outside dog.  These dogs need to be close to their people.  They are very sensitive dogs who are in tune to their person's feelings and moods.  Dobermans serve as SAR dogs, police dogs, guide and service dogs, therapy dogs, and much loved family pets.  Take a look at Doberman websites to learn more about this wonderful breed.

He was a truly special cat and will never be forgotten.
